How it works? Teams will consist of adults 18 and over. Each team will play several 5 on 5 games throughout the day. Teams must have a minimum of 2 males and 2 females on the field at all times. Teams will advance throughout the day based on the number of wins / losses. All levels are welcome. Teams will have the opportunity to register themselves as recreational or intermediate level teams. All proceeds from the tournament go to Cambridge Minor Football.
Enjoy the Victoria long weekend by inviting relatives and friends to join you for a day of adult flag football. All proceeds from the tournament go to Cambridge Minor Football Association (CMFA) to support youth football in the area. So come out and show your support!
Location: Preston High School Football Fields, 550 Rose Street, Cambridge
Cost: $120 / team (suggested 10 players per team for the day). All proceeds go to CMFA.
Times: Team check in 8:00am - 9:00am. Orientation for team captains starts at 9:00am. Games start at 9:30am.
How to Play: 15 Simple Rules of 5 on 5 Flag Football
Registration: Participants can register as an individual, group or team. All players must sign a waiver prior to paritcipating in the tournament. Click on the following link to access the registration form. Payment must be received by Friday, May 18th.

Tuesday, May 15th from 6:30pm - 8:30pm at Jacob Hespeler Secondary School, Cambridge at the (upper field)
Wednesday, May 16th from 6:30pm - 8:30pm at Preston High School, Cambridge (Main Field)
